Dennis Man agent Giovanni Begali has revealed he received a call from Jose Mourinho after his client scored against Fiorentina in Serie A in August.
Romanian winger Man, 26, has made a fine start to the season at the Stadio Tardini, scoring twice in the first three games of the campaign.
He scored his first goal in the 2024-25 Serie A season to give his side the lead in a 2-2 draw at Fiorentina.
Mane extended his contract with Parma in July 2024 and his current deal with Parma expires in June 2027.
“It’s true, that’s why he extended his contract with Parma. But also because he is happy and because Fabio Pecchia (Parma coach) has brought him to the top,” Begali said.
“He has a three-year contract with Parma now and if they get a great offer for 30 or 40 million euros then we will see. But Parma have to survive in Serie A. They have the youngest team in the league. If you offer a 29-year-old striker who has scored 30 goals, they will not sign him.”
Begali also revealed that even Mourinho, now in charge of Fenerbahce. Called him after seeing Mane score against Fiorentina last month.

Parma have taken four points from their first three Serie A games and face Udinese on Monday.
